Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jaaya9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. jaaya9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the jaaya9 support team immediately via live chat so that remedial action can be taken.
jaaya9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests are processed. Player funds held in Real Money Balances are maintained separately from jaaya9 operational funds. jaaya9 does not use player deposits for operational expenses. All player balances are held in designated accounts and are available for withdrawal subject to the verification requirements described in Section 6.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of funds held in your Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Partial withdrawal of a Real Money Balance that is linked to an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated Bonus Balance.

A bet will be declared void, and the staked amount returned to your Real Money Balance, in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the bet's specified completion condition is met; a clear pricing error occurs that is identified before the event concludes; or the result of the event cannot be officially confirmed within a reasonable period. jaaya9 decisions on void bets are final.
In-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket and sporting events. Odds on in-play markets are updated in real time and may be suspended by jaaya9 at any point during an event at the discretion of the risk management team. Bets submitted during a market suspension period will not be accepted. jaaya9 reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is evidence that the player had access to information about the event outcome prior to placing the bet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jaaya9 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or use the jaaya9 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without the prior written consent of jaaya9. Any unauthorised use of jaaya9 intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
jaaya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jaaya9 determines in its reasonable discretion that: the account holder has breached these Terms; the account has been used for Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11; the account activity presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime; or the continued operation of the account poses a reputational or legal risk to jaaya9.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or Prohibited Conduct, jaaya9 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds held in the account pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms fraudulent activity, all funds may be permanently forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (voluntary closure), any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the last verified payment method on file within 5 business days.
You may close your jaaya9 account at any time by submitting a closure request via the live chat support function. Before closing your account, you are encouraged to withdraw any available Real Money Balance. Please note that voluntary closure does not constitute self-exclusion; if you wish to be permanently excluded from accessing jaaya9 in the future, you must explicitly request self-exclusion as described in Section 10.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaaya9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; financial loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a failure on your part to secure your credentials; or loss of access to the platform due to regulatory action, technical maintenance, or force majeure events.
jaaya9's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jaaya9 makes no representation or warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. jaaya9 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
